General Return / Excganges Policy

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Our returns policy lasts for 7 days after the item is delivered.

If your order is eligible for a refund or exchange, please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Do NOT send the item back to the “sender address” indicated on the package. Kindly email us at info@johariengineering.in to request a refund or exchange.
Please be aware that our return policy does not apply to sale items or custom-designed items. We do not offer exchanges or refunds after purchase/order confirmation on these types of items unless the item is defective. We urge you to choose such items carefully.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

We don’t have to give you a refund if you’ve simply changed your mind about a purchase, so please think carefully before buying. If the goods are faulty, we’ll follow the law and meet our obligations. If you’ve paid for an order but then cancel it before we ship it, we’ll deduct 5% of the amount for transaction fees and refund the remaining 95%. Refund will be credit in buyer account within 5-7 working days.

Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limitations

Warranty will be claim as per company brand policy. Warranty will be claim in our warehouse only. Courier charges will be born by buyer.
