Payment Procedures and Invoice Processing
JE Edha Kart (Unit of Johari Engineering) decides how payments should be made. Usually, you need to pay before we accept your order. You can pay with a COD, credit card, debit card, through net banking, or by bank deposit. We’ll send you an invoice with your order unless you tell us otherwise. We might cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. If there are any mistakes in our pricing or offers, we can cancel orders. If you’re late with your payment, we might charge a late fee of 1% per month on the overdue amount. This fee will continue every 30 days until you pay.
Fraud

Products that are readily available will be shipped within 1-2 working days following receipt of order. For products not currently in stock, please allow a maximum of 14 business days for delivery.

Back Order
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship the part of your order that is currently in stock. Once the remaining items become available, we will ship the rest of your order. There will be no additional charges for shipping and handling for the second shipment.
